How do I receive my email and password log in details?

These will be sent to your shop tablet email address from w/c 23rd July 2018. You will use your tablet email address to generate a password to access the stores portal, which you can change to whatever you want at a later date.

How do I log in?

With your tablet, open up the stores app via the tablet app tile. Log in using your WH Stores portal with the username (shop email) and password (generated by portal on sign up) and enter your shop number.

My log in details don’t work

If you have tried logging in using your WH Stores Hub username and password and they are not working, please call Citipost on 2960. Citipost will also place the order on to the portal for you until the issue is resolved. This order will go out on your next scheduled order date.

What if my tablet’s not working?

Please contact your Helpdesk team on 1177 to make them aware your tablet is not working and contact Citipost on 2960, so that we can place the order for you while you are still experiencing difficulties.
